Objectives of Management Committee:

  • To provide mechanisms by which LABA strategic objectives for diversity and equal opportunities can be delivered.
  • To work in partnership with other organization to agree a fair and equitable division of responsibility under current and future equality legislation.
  • To understand existing and emerging equality legislation and best practice and to identify relevant issues which will need to be reflected in key policies of LABA.
  • To build on the strengths of the LABA and to exploit national initiatives in order to develop creative and effective programs of action which promote equality of opportunity within the Center.

At LABA any student can take training without regard to marital status, race, ethnic origin, color, religion, sexual orientation, social background or other irrelevant distinction.
